SharedPads Housing Ltd. is run by property professionals with over 20 years of experience. We specialise in properties in and around West and South West London. Our portfolio is split between lovely homes for families, and beautiful dwellings for sharers.

Single Dwelling Sharing

The majority of our properties are bought with flatshares in mind. Each property is carefully designed to maximise space and comfort, and serve as a base for a busy London lifestyle.

Our lettings team is first class, and accordingly we only let to the very best people we can find. Operating in this way ensures that our properties are well cared for, and that flatshares are a positive, fun experience.
