How it works
Our properties are let as single dwellings and are specially designed for well formed groups to have a lovely home in London.
If you have a “preformed group of friends” you’d like to rent with:

Get in touch with us and arrange a time to see the flat.

Pop by, and if you like the place you can sign up right there.

We do a few background checks to make sure you meet our requirements.

If that's all okay, then we send you all a contract to digitally sign.

Once that's done you pick a day to move in and we'll meet you to hand over the keys.
If you need to meet some people to move in with:

Get in touch with us and arrange a time to see the flat.

We typically batch viewings, so there will be other people you can chat with to see if you get on.

If you get yourself into a group of people (and like the place) you can sign up right there!
