How it works

Our properties are let as single dwellings and are specially designed for well formed groups to have a lovely home in London.
If you have a “preformed group of friends” you’d like to rent with:

  1. Get in touch with us and arrange a time to see the flat.

  2. Pop by, and if you like the place you can sign up right there.

  3. We do a few background checks to make sure you meet our requirements.

  4. If that's all okay, then we send you all a contract to digitally sign.

  5. Once that's done you pick a day to move in and we'll meet you to hand over the keys.

If you need to meet some people to move in with:

  1. Get in touch with us and arrange a time to see the flat.

  2. We typically batch viewings, so there will be other people you can chat with to see if you get on.

  3. If you get yourself into a group of people (and like the place) you can sign up right there!

  4. We do a few background checks to make sure you all meet our requirements.

  5. If that's all okay, then we send you all a contract to digitally sign.

  6. Once that's done you pick a day to move in and we'll meet you to hand over the keys.

Important Notes

  • All properties are let as a single dwelling under one tenancy agreement. You share all facilities with no exclusivity.
